According to legal requirements in the Netherlands, an AFM permit is mandatory for certain investment offerings. However, an exemption is applicable when the investment objects have a value higher than €100,000. Investors are advised that 2FN Real Estate falls within this exemption, making the AFM permit unnecessary for our collaboration forms, including mortgage and corporate bond investments.
