2FN Real Estate, established in 2023 by Dion Steffann, embodies a journey that blends entrepreneurial spirit, extensive education, and a wealth of experience in the corporate real estate sector.

In his teenage years, Dion’s innate entrepreneurial mindset flourished as he delved into internet trading and car detailing, bypassing the need for traditional employment. This early venture set the stage for a future driven by personal leadership, innovation and perseverance.

Armed with a Bachelor’s in Real Estate (BBA) from Eindhoven (NL) and a Master’s in Real Estate Management (MA) from Bristol (UK), Dion’s academic foundation fortified his entry into the corporate realm. Over 13 years, he navigated roles in real estate expansion, project management, and strategic leadership, ultimately ascending to the position of director of development, overseeing a team of 17 professionals. Simultaneously, Dion strategically invested in multiple residential properties, diversifying his portfolio beyond the corporate landscape.
